Our Hay Spears come in the following models: The
HS series, DT series, ES series,
and the ED series.
The HS series is a versatile unit.
This unit is equipped
with One forged pin-on main hay tine and two pin-on stabilizing
tines. It also has mounting tabs installed for pallet fork
conversion. Coming standard with a back rack, this
spear frame is designed with the farmer in mind. At any time
you can convert the frame into a pallet fork unit by simply pulling a few pins, removing the
spears, and adding the forks (forks sold
separately). So effectively you have 2 units in 1.
These spears are
pro-rated to lift 3000 lbs.
The DT series is
equipped with 2 forged pin-on main hay tines.
The use of two main tines eliminates the need for stabilizing tines and
increases the lifting strength. Four sleeves are installed
which allows for the spears to be placed in either wide or narrow
position, depending on the size of the bales being lifted.
These spears are pro-rated to lift 3000 lbs.
Note:
This frame must have part # FP-4100 (fork
eyes) pre-installed to accept grappler & pallet fork attachments.
The ES series is our Economy Forks, and are designed
to accommodate today's economy. Built
with 2" square tubing, this unit is equipped with a single main
tine and two stabilizing tines. These spears are perfect for the
quick bailing needs around the small farm. These spears are pro-rated to lift
1500 lbs.
The ED series is our Economy Dual Forks, and are designed
to accommodate today's economy. Built
with 2" square tubing, this unit is equipped with two main
tines which eliminates the need for stabilizing tines, which make
handling bigger bales much easier. These spears are perfect for the
quick bailing needs around the small farm. These spears are pro-rated to lift
1500 lbs.
The
3600 series
is our 3 point Hay Spears and is fully adjustable to allow proper fitting on most tractors. The lifting pins adjust for CAT 1 or CAT 2 widths. The Upper Link can be adjusted to allow proper operation when lifting bales. The adjusting Tine allows for proper usage with different size bales.
